By booking and receiving a service at Zero to Zen, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Appointments & Cancellations

– All services require pre-booked appointments
– 24-hour cancellation notice required
– Arrivals later than 15 minutes may result in shortened service
– No-shows will be charged in full
– Phones must remain off inside the studio to maintain a calm environment

Payments & Pricing

– Prices may change without notice
– Payments accepted: cash, debit, Visa, Mastercard
– Memberships auto-renew unless canceled 7 days before renewal
– No refunds; adjustments may be offered within 7 days of service

Health & Safety

– Clients must disclose health conditions, allergies, and medications
– Services are complementary and not a substitute for medical care
– Right reserved to refuse or stop service for health/safety reasons

General Policies

– No additional guests/children unless booked
– Not responsible for lost or stolen items
– Photos/videos may be used for promotional purposes (without identifying info unless consented)

Liability Waiver

By booking, you acknowledge that services are holistic and complementary. Zero to Zen is not liable for medical issues, reactions to disclosed/undisclosed conditions, or personal property loss.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
