Meditation Coaching – One-on-One

Sauna Therapy

Relax, detox, and reset. heat penetrates deep into tissues to support circulation, reduce chronic pain, speed up muscle recovery, and support immune function.

Massage Therapy

Release stress, tension, and muscle pain through customized therapeutic massage. Supports lymphatic drainage, immune health, and full-body relaxation.

Meditation Coaching – Group Sessions

Yes — we offer both one-on-one and group meditation coaching virtually. All you
need is an internet connection and a quiet space.

We’ll start with a short consultation (for one-on-one sessions) to understand your
goals and needs. Your experience will be personalized to help you feel relaxed,
present, and supported.
For group sessions, we follow a guided structure designed for shared focus, calm,
and community — with space for reflection and breathwork.

Please wear or bring a bathing suit — it’s the most comfortable and effective for
both infrared sauna and red light therapy.
We’ll provide towels, water, and everything else you’ll need for your session.

For meditation, consistency is key — we recommend practicing several times per
week to truly reset your nervous system and build long-term resilience.
For infrared sauna and red light therapy, once or twice a week is often ideal,
depending on your needs.
Massage sessions can be weekly, bi-weekly, or as needed for ongoing support.
We're happy to help you create a rhythm that works best for your wellness goals.
