Our services are time-based and cannot be returned once rendered. However, we are committed to client satisfaction.

Service Cancellations

– Cancellations made with 24+ hours’ notice: no charge
– Less than 24 hours’ notice: full service fee applies
– No-shows: charged in full

– Refunds are not provided for completed services
– Dissatisfied clients should contact us within 7 days for a complimentary adjustment or credit

– Non-refundable once activated
– May be transferred with prior approval
– Sessions must be used within their designated validity period
